There are ever more complex regulations governing employment nowadays, there are for example new regulations came into force in October 2004 about Disciplinary procedures; the law is changing on the rights of those whom employers regard as self employed contractors to holiday pay.

It is important that employers approach disciplinary matters properly if they are to avoid falling foul of an Employment Tribunal, and if you think that your employer is trying to get rid of you unfairly and went to know how to react, or would like us to look over your then contracts , staff manual etc, then please contact  Tim Johnson.
