Whilst we do not file patent applications ourselves, we work with patent agents to help you. We do put in place any licensing arrangements. If you are unfortunate enough to have to get involved with a dispute about ownership or infringement of your rights, because someone else is copying, we can help there too.
Likewise with trademarks, we work with Trade Mark agents in helping you protect your brand.
