We are a Bristol based English law firm with many acquired years of experience dealing with Anglo-Spanish legal matters.

We work closely with our Spanish associated offices extended throughout Spain, and offer legal services to English clients with dealings in Spain. We advise our clients in English terms on any aspects of the Spanish and English law systems, including any differences between the two jurisdictions which directly affect them.

In the same way, we offer our expertise and knowledge of the English system to Spanish clients who have any dealings in England, or who interrelate with English business or individuals. We are able to offer advice in Spanish or English, by native speaker solicitors.

We offer advice to individuals or companies who are starting or developing their business abroad, or to clients buying property in a foreign country. We offer representation before Spanish or English Courts in connection with litigation and recognition or enforcement of foreign judgements. We offer our assistance with Spanish or English Probate, including making of Wills and Estate Planning. We can also help clients with cross-border issues relating to Divorce and Family law.

Additionally, we offer certified legal translation services by solicitors qualified in Spanish and/or English law. We also have two Notaries within our offices so we are able to organize from beginning to end the whole preparation of official documents for use abroad.

Our Foreign law Department team includes James Raskin (head of the department) with 17 years of experience in dealing with foreign and cross-border matters, and Cristina Serna-Benezet a Spanish-English dually qualified solicitor, (both also working within the Commercial Property /Commercial law Departments).
